​​Booking Cancellation & Refunds

More than 72 hours before pickup: Tamarind may retain up to THB 1,000 of the booking prepayment.

72 hours or less before pickup: The booking prepayment is non-refundable.

Any remaining refundable amount will be returned according to our refund process.

Refund Process

Customers may request a booking cancellation or refund by contacting Tamarind Motorbike Rentals at tamarindmotorbike@gmail.com, providing their booking reference.

Eligible booking refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

 

Security Deposit & Refund

A refundable security deposit is required when collecting the motorbike. The amount depends on the motorcycle model and is communicated before rental.

The security deposit is returned immediately after the motorbike is returned and inspected, provided there are no outstanding charges.

Any applicable charges for damage, missing fuel, late returns or other agreed rental costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
